The 'Ekadasha Teertha Yatra' will cover the 11 temples representing Goa's rich spiritual legacy. These include Sri Manguesh Temple in Mangeshi (North Goa), Sri Mahalasa Narayani Temple in Mardol (North Goa), Mahadev Temple in Tambdi Surla (South Goa) and Sri Shantadurga Temple in Fatorpa (South Goa). IPO-bound Oyo eyes doubling of revenue from company-serviced hotels by FY26
    Business Standard
IPO-bound global travel tech platform OYO on Friday said it expects to raise booking revenue from company-serviced hotels to 44 per cent from 22 per cent by the end of current financial year, as part of its increasing focus on India and premium property expansion. OYO presently operates over 1,300 company-serviced hotels in India, primarily featuring its mid to premium segment brands, including Townhouse, Townhouse Oak, Capital O, Palette, and SUNDAY. The share of company-serviced hotels in OYO's portfolio is also set to double, expanding their presence from 124 cities to over 300 cities across India, the company said. OYO introduced company-serviced hotels in FY23, initially contributing less than 2 per cent of its booking revenue. Since then, the rapid expansion of this segment has made it OYO's fastest-growing business globally. OYO is currently focusing its company-serviced model expansion in leisure cities, pilgrimage destinations and business corridors, where demand remains .

In our monthly Hotels update we have summarized key events of the domestic hotel industry, new hotels signing/addition by key players during the month and pricing trend of key cities for May, 2025. We have analyzed pricing of 171 hotels with ~33,000 keys across 8 cities to understand the trend over last 24 months (Exhibit 1-8). The industry had another month of healthy ADR growth on YoY basis. However, on MoM prices declined as a seasonal phenomenon. We anticipate moderation in ADR as Q1 is a soft quarter compared to rest owing to extreme summer in the country. However, we maintain our positive outlook on domestic...
