We would like to inform you that the following major decisions have been taken in the 7th meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) held on 2nd June 2023. The E-voting Results were concluded on 9th June 2023 and the following are approved by the CoC members: 1. Appointment of Ms. Pooja Jeetendra Ojha (Membership No. 41693) to carry on the Compliances of the Corporate Debtor under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in place of Ms. Rajini GN effective from 10.06.2023. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 is given as Annexure A to this letter. 2. Re-issue of the Request for Resolution Plan as per Regulation 36 (B) (7) of the CIRP Regulations to all the Prospective Resolution Applicants (PRAs) as per the final list of PRAs circulated to the CoC members.
