We write with reference to our earlier intimation dated March 20, 2025, wherein we had informed about the decision of the Board of Directors to make a strategic investment of upto Rs. 525 crore (in one or more tranches) in Euler Motors Private Limited. In this regard, we wish to inform you that Hero MotoCorp has completed the acquisition of 10 numbers of equity shares and 6,65,914 numbers of Series D Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares, collectively representing 34.10% (on a fully diluted basis), for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 510 crore. UK unveils historic US trade deal at Tata Motors' Jaguar Land Rover factory

Days after confirming a landmark Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with India, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Thursday chose a Tata Motors-owned Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) factory in northern England to announce a historic trade deal with the US. Following a phone call with President Donald Trump, Starmer addressed JLR workers in Solihull to highlight the "big win" for the automotive industry as a result of car export tariffs being cut from 27.5 per cent to 10 per cent. This will apply to a quota of 100,000 UK cars, almost the total number Britain exported last year. We are the first country to secure such a deal with the United States and in an era with global insecurity and instability that is so important, said Starmer. Bharat Forge Q4 results: Profit down 12% at Rs 345 cr, revenue slips 7%

Bharat Forge on Thursday said its profit after tax declined 12 per cent to Rs 345 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company had reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 390 crore for the January-March quarter of the last fiscal. Its revenue from operations declined to Rs 2,163 crore for the fourth quarter compared to Rs 2,329 crore in the year-ago period, Bharat Forge said in a regulatory filing. For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company said its PAT stood at Rs 1,322 crore against Rs 1,425 crore in FY24. The company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 8,844 crore compared to Rs 8,969 crore in the 2023-24 fiscal. The company said its board recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 per share of the face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Shares of the company on Thursday ended 2.32 per cent down at Rs 1,114 apiece on BSE.
