The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025; 2.The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025; 3. The proposal for the issuance of the requisite number of equity shares having a face value of INR 5 (Five) each to the PSPL ESOP Management Trust, if any, which would be within the limits as already approved by the Members; 4.
