This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Compay"s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider, in sync with the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide circular no> LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2025.
