Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the company from Tuesday, 1st April 2025 upto 48 hours after the disclosure of the Audited Financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 to the stock exchange. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year end 31st March 2025 will be intimated in due course.
