In terms of the Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, it is hereby informed that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company''s Securities shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 for the Promoters, Directors, Insiders and Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors shall be intimated separately.
