In terms of provisions of Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform the exchange that the Company has received a Notice from the Debenture Trustee of the Company i.e IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security interest Act, 2002.
