The Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s H H Dedhia & Associates, Mumbai (FRN: 148213W) as Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, from the conclusion of this AGM until the AGM to be held in 2029, subject to the approval of Members at the 16th AGM for FY 2024, in place of M/s. Gosar & Gosar, Chartered Accountants, whose term ends at the ensuing AGM. 2. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Arjun Dharira as Director, subject to Members'' approval at the 16th AGM for FY 2024.
