With reference to above, this is to apprise you that OnMobile Global Limited ('OGL' or 'the Company') had made a disclosure to the Stock Exchanges under regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 vide letter dated September 14, 2019 enclosing a letter from OnMobile Systems Inc., Promoter of the Company (OMSI) informing about entering into a Share Purchase Agreement with Jump Networks Limited for the sale of 19,000,000 equity shares of OGL at price ranging from INR 75.50 to INR 78.00 per equity share.
