The Company had informed the Stock Exchanges on 05th August 2022 that the Board Meeting will be held on 12th August 2022 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2022. The Company's Audit Committee members & the Board felt in consultation with Statutory Auditors that the matter to be reviewed thoroughly to complete the audit process. Hence, the meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2022 stands adjourned to 13th August 2022 (Saturday) till 12:10 PM at the registered office of the Company to ensure completion of audit process under IND AS requirements. Consequently, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would continue to remain closed for the designated directors and employees of the company till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results to Stock Exchange.
