P A R K & Company, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.116825W) as the statutory auditors of the Company for a second term to hold the office for a further period of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held in the year 2022 till the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 17, 2022 recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each i.e. 60% together with the interim dividend of 60% declared on February 2, 2022, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 is Rs. 2.40/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each i.e. 120%. (Previous Year: 100% of face value of Rs.2/- each). Payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be dispatched / paid within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
