In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 13th August, 2022, to inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated 30th June, 2022, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the 'Trading Window' which has been closed from 01st July, 2022 shall remain closed till 15th August, 2022 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the results to the stock exchanges on 13th August, 2022.
