The Board has informed a resignation letter received from Mrs. L. Jain ( DIN 00397913), Director of the company by her letter dt. 25.0782020. And the Board has accepted her resignation. The Board has appointed Mr. T. Chowdhary as an Independent Director of the Company in place of Mr. A. Das. The Board has appointed Mrs. Madhu Bachhawat as an Independent Director of the Company in place of Mrs. L. Jain.
