The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the early full redemption of 1,07,000 unlisted, secured, rated, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of INR 1,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs. 1,070 Crores, issued and allotted by the Company on private placement basis on February 21, 2023. Further, please be informed that the Company has made payment of due consideration today as per agreement with concerned debenture holders and the debenture trustee towards the aforesaid early full redemption of the NCDs.
