Trading Window for transactions in Shares of the Company for all the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, designated persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall remain closed from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025.
