The Trading Window for transactions in Shares of the Company for all the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, designated persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
