Pursuant to Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" and "Code of Conduct for Practices and Procedures Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (USPI)", the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons and other Connected Persons as defined in the aforesaid "Code of Conducts" and immediate relative thereof with effect from Monday, September 30th, 2024 till the end of 48 Hours after the declaration of financial results for 2nd Quarter ended on September 30, 2024. The date of Board Meeting to consider, inter alia, Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
