Farmax India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:- Q2 Results for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2015.Further, in this connection, the trading window shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees / Promoters of the Company from day of November 03, 2015 till day of November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
