The Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, considered and approved the following: 1) Unaudited Standalone Financial results for Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2024, along with the Limited Review Report. 2)Withdrawal of Preferential Issue of 5,33,333 (Five Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three) fully convertible equity warrants to the person belonging to the promoter category and 9,10,665 (Nine Lakh Ten Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five) equity shares to the persons belonging to the non-promoter group category.
