In compliance with regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has certain overseas subsidiaries, finalization of accounts thereof is pending due to CoVID and other disturbances, hence the company is not able to finalize its consolidated results (foreign subsidiary). The Auditors and their team are trying their best to get the audit completed as soon as possible. We request you to provide another 30 days' time to submit the Final Standalone / Consolidated quarterly and Annual Results for the Financial Year Ending on 31st March, 2022.
