In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we hereby inform that, we, M/s Sindhu Trade Links Limited had provided the Corporate Guarantee for securing a 34 Million US $ Term Loan Facility to our subsidiary M/s Param Mitra Coal Resources Pte. Limited repayable at the end of 3 Years in the year 2018 vide corporate guarantee dated 26th June, 2018 for US $ 15 Million, dated 28th August, 2018 for US $ 15 Million and an amendment agreement to increase the Loan to US $ 34 Million. As on date, the outstanding amount under the same have been reduced to US $ 6,375,000 (Six Million and Three Hundred Seventy Five Thousand). We have further extended the Corporate Guarantee upto the amount of US $ 4,000,000. The total amount of the Corporate guarantee after the above changes will be US $ 10,375,000 (Ten Million Three Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand). Maximum amount under the same is upto the limited of US $ 15 Million.
