Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Co. shall be closed for Designated Persons viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Co. commencing from 01.07. 2024 till the announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Co. for the quarter ended 30.06. 2024 & 48 hours thereafter. This is further informed that the Co. has also complied with the requirements of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding Trading Window Closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Reg 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regs, 2015 ('PIT Regs') framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons ('DPs') by freezing PAN at security level.
