With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the following items were considered, discussed, approved and taken on records by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Monday, 24/02/2020 commenced at 2.30 p.m. and the same was concluded at 2.55 p.m., approved the appointment of Mrs. Rupam Chaudhary, a commerce graduate, as a Women Director in Independent category, to fill the casual vacancy on the Board of the Company caused by resignation of Mrs. Neelam Anand Saxena, an independent director.
