The Board at its Meeting held on 29-01-2025, accepted the request of Mr. Pradeep Bakshi, Managing Director & CEO, who had expressed his desire not to seek reappointment as Managing Director & CEO upon completion of his current term on 31-08-2025. The Board, also unanimously approved (a) appointment of Mr. Mukundan C. P. Menon, currently Executive Director and Head - Room Air Conditioner Business of the Company, as Managing Director (Designate) effective 01-04-2025 and subsequently as the Managing Director effective 01-09-2025 and (b) appointment of Ms. Sonia Singh as Non Executive Independent Director.
