The trading window for dealing of securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till the conclusion of 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 as detailed in the enclosed letter.
