This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 8th May 2025, based on recommendation of the Audit Committee, have approved the appointment of Dr. K. R. Chandratre, Company Secretary in Practice as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for conducting the secretarial audit for a period of five years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
