This is to inform you that as per the "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons" (''Code of Conduct''), the trading window of the Company will be closed from Friday, 21st March 2025 to Monday, 12th May 2025 (both days inclusive) for declaration of audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2025. The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
