This is to inform you that the shareholders of the Company at their 79th Annual General Meeting held today i.e., 26th June 2025 have approved the appointment of Dr. K. R. Chandratre, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The resolution was approved with requisite majority.
