We would like to inform you that the Company has today i.e., 3rd February 2025 received the necessary approvals from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, for reclassification of Vijal Holding and Trading Company Private Limited (Vijal Holding) from the ''Promoter(s) Group'' category to the ''Public'' category. Copies of the approval letters from the stock exchanges are enclosed. Accordingly, Vijal Holding ceases to be a part of the Promoter(s) Group of the Company with effect from 3rd February 2025.
