Sula Vineyards was incorporated on February 26, 2003, as Nashik Vintners Limited. Its business can be broadly classified under two categories—(i) production of wines, import and distribution of wines and spirits; and (ii) sale of services from ownership and operation of wine tourism venues, including vineyard resorts and tasting rooms.
