Techindia Nirman Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Mar 2021

1. The financial Results were reviewed by the Audit committee and were thereafter approved by the board of Directors at its meeting held on 05th June 2021. the Statutory auditiors of the Company carried out the audit of the financial results.

2. The interest expenses of Rs. 156.44 Lakhs, Paid for loan taken towards estate development project have isnce been reclassified as pre operative expenses.

3. The Company is dealing in one product Segment.

4. The Company is in the Business of Infrastrucuture development and has commened the development plaining process. The Company is also taking effective steps to embark on project development activities, however there are no operation in this quarter.

5. the figures for the Quarter ending 31.03.2021 are the balancing figure between audited figures of the full financial year and the year to date figure up to the third quarter.

6. The figures have been regrouped/ rearranged where ever necessary.
