1) The financial results were reviwed by the Audit Committee in meeting held on 07th August 2024 and were thereafter apporoved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 08th August 2024.



2) The Company is dealing in one major product segment: Real Estate Development.



3) The Company has commenced three development projects. the revenue from these projects would commence in ensuing years.



4) the other expenses include penalties of Rs 27.00 lacs.



5) Investor Complaint - opening Balance-0, Received and solved -1, Closing Balance-0.



6) The figure have been regrouped / rearranged, where ever necessary.
