1. The above audited financial results have been res lewed by the Audit Committee and taken on records bv the Board of Directors of the Company m the Board meeting held on 30th May 2017.
2. The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 and March 31, 2016 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year needed March 31, 2017 and March 31, 2016 respectively and the unaudited published year to date figures upto December 31, 2016 and December 31, 2016, respectively, being the end of the respective financial years, which were subjected to a limited review
3. Previous quarter period figures have been regrouped/ rearranged wherever necessary, to make them comparable.
