Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the quarterly results dated 30 Sep 2017
1. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board at its meeting held on 14/11/2017.
2. Profit / loss from discontinuing operations, if any, included in the above shall be disclosed separately with details thereof.
3. A company which presents quarterly financial results in accordance with Ind AS 3-1 Interim f financial Reporting (applicable under Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 7015) for the period covered by its first Ind AS financial statement shall comply with the requirements of paragraph 37 of Ind AS 101 - First time Adoption of Indian Accounting Standard.
