Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the quarterly results dated 30 Jun 2020
1. The aforementioned results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 15th, September, 2020. Limited Review of these results as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing and other Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 has been completed by the Statutory Auditors.
2 The Company has only one reportable business segment and have only one reportable geographic segment in India, no separate information is ' disclosed.
3. There were no exceptional items during the quarter ended June 30, 2020. COVID-19, a pandemic caused by the novel Coronavirus, has emerged as an unprecedented challenge globally and for the company also due to unstable market conditions.
4. There has been no material impact on the Company's operations during June 2020 due to a pandemic caused by the Novel Coronavirus. In view of the continued uncertainties and its inability to predict the extent and duration of COVID-19 situation, the Company currently is unable to predict any future impact on its business operations.
5. The previous period figures have been regrouped/rearranged wherever necessary, to confirm to the current period figures.
