Notes to the standalone financial results:



The standalone financial results of Equinox India Developments Limited (formerly Indiabulls Real Estate Limited) ('IBREL' or 'the Company') for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2024 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors ('the Board') at its meeting held on 23 October 2024. These results have been subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.



The standalone financial results are prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles of Indian Accounting Standards as notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (as amended) as specified in Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013.
