1. The above Standalone Financial Statement, prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Statndards ("1nd AS") as prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act. 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other recognised accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable.
2. The above results have been subjected to Limited Review by the statutory auditors. reveiwed by the audit committee and approved by the board in its meeting held on 14.08.2019.
3. The Company operates in only one segment and hence segment wise reporting is not applicable.
4. The Figures have been regrouped and rearranged wherever required necessary.
