Purity Flex Pack Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 30 Jun 2026

1. The above results have been reviewed by Statutory Auditors, recommended by Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 8th August, 2026.

2. The statement have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (Ind AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognised accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable.

3. The Company is engage in Packaging business only. Therefore, there is only one reportable segment.

4. The Previous period's figures have been regrouped/rearranged/reclassified wherever necessary to suit the present layout.

5. The company has issued and alloted 21,46,800 equity shares on the record date (i.e.13th October, 2025) as bonus shares by capitalising Reserves. The EPS figures for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 have been adjusted to give effect to the allotment of bonus shares as required by IND AS 33.
