1. The Audited financial Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29th May, 2017 and Statutory Auditor has Issued unqualified report on the Audited Financial Results.
2. The figures of the last quarter ended 31st March, 2017 are the balancing figure between audited figures in respect of full financial year and published year to date figures upto 31st December, 2016.
3. The Company is engaged in the Business of Real Estate and Precious Metals, Stones & Jewellery.
4. Previous years figures have been regrouped and rearranged wherever necessary.
