Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2017
1. The above results were reviewed by Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held on 30th May 2017.
2. Segment reporting as defined in Accounting Standard (AS-17) is not applicable since the entire operation of the company relates to only one segment.
3. Tax expenses includes Current Tax Expenses, MAT Credit and Deferred Tax Charge/(Credit).
4. The Figures for the last quarter of the current year and for the previous year are the balancing figures between the audited figures for the full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the end of the third quarter of the corresponding year.
5. Figures of previous periods are re-classified / re-arranged / re-grouped, wherever necessary, to correspond with the current period classification / disclosure.
