1. The above Unaudited Standalone Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit committee and approved by the board of directors of the company at their respective meeting.

2. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out the Limited Review of the above financial results of the Company and have expressed an unmodified opnion on these Rrsults.

3. The above unaudited Standalone Financial Results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) notified under section 133 of the companies Act 2013, read with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015.

4. Pervious year's/period's figures have been regrouped/reclassified/restated/recasted wherever necessary to confirm to classification of current year/period.
