VCU Data Management Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 30 Jun 2023

Notes:
1) The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10th August, 2023 and the Statutory Auditors have carried out the limited review of the same.

2) This statement has been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (lnd AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognized accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable.

3) The Company is having single reportable segment as defined in Accounting Standard-17 on 'Segment Reporting' and therefore Segment Reporting is not applicable to the Company

4) The IND-AS financial Results and financial information for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 have been complied by the management after making necessary adjustments to give a true and fair view of the results.

5) The Figures have been regrouped & rearranged where necessary to confirm the figures of the current period. The figures for the quarter ended March 2023 are balancing figures between the audited Figures in respect of full Financial Year FY 2022-23 and Published unaudited year to date Figure upto the third quarter ended 31/12/2022.

6) Previous period / year figures have been regrouped/ reclassified, wherever found necessary, to conform to current period/ year classification
