Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2019
1. This Statement has been prepared in accordance with the companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (IND AS) Prescribed under section 133 of the companies Act,2013 Recognised Accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable. The company adopted Indian Accounting Standards("Ind AS") from April 1, 2017.
2. The reconciliation of net profit & loss reported in accordance with Indian GAAP to total comprehensive income in accordance with Ind As: (For Table, kindly refer Corporate Announcements on www.bseindia.com)
3. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and the approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held on 30th May 2019.
4. As per the Provision of See 135 of the Companies Act 2013 Corporate Social responsibility is not applicable to the Company.
5. Previous period's figures have been regrouped / reclassified, wherever necessary to make them comparable with the current year.
