Futuristic Solutions Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Mar 2019

1. The above results have been approved by the Audit Committee and by the board of directors of the Company on 25th day of May 2019.

2. Previous years figures have been restated and regrouped where ever necessary.

3. No tax liability arises due to previous years carried forward losses under normal income tax.

4. The above results has been reviewed by the auditors of the company.

5. There were no Investor Complaints at die beginning of quarter. No Investor Complaints were received during the Quarter ended 31/03/2019.
