1. This statement has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10.02.2018.
2. The Provision for Tax shall be made at the end of the year.
3. Figures for the previous periods are re-classified/re-arranged/re-grouped, whenever necessary.
4. The statement does not include Ind AS compliant statement of results and statement of assets and liabilities for the previous year ended March 31, 2017 as the sane is not mandatory as per SEBI circular dated July 5, 2016.
