Devine Impex Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 30 Jun 2025

1. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 12, 2025. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a limited review of the above unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June,2025.
2. Company has only one segment and hence no separate segment results have been given.
3. Previous period / year figures have been regrouped, wherever necessary, in order to make them comparable.
