1. Segment reporting is not made since the company dealing in only one activity.
2. The above Financial results for the qtr and year ended March 31, 2017 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and Approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting the on May 30, 2017. The Statutory auditors of the Company have audited the financial results of the year ended March 31, 2017 . An unmodified opinion has been issued and the same is being filed with the stock exchange along with the above financial results.
3. The figures in respect of previous period’s have been re-grouped wherever necessary.
4. The auditor of the Company have audited financial results for the year ended 31.03.2017.
