1. The above audited financial statements were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Hoard of Directors at its meeting held on 29.05.2017.
2. There are no reportable segments as specified in Accounting Standard (As-17) on “Segment reporting" which need to be reported.
3. Figures have been regrouped, reclassified and rearranged wherever necessary.
