Notes:



a. The above is an extract of the detailed format of the financial results for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2021 filed with the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing and Other Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015. b. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeing held on 30th June 2021. The same have been audited by the statutory Auditors of the company who have issued an unqualifed opinion thereon.



c. Previous year's figures have been regrouped and recast wherever necessary.



d. All activities of the company and its subsidiary are relating to Capital Markets hence segmental reporting is not applicable.



e. Figures of last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect year ended 31st March,2021 and published year to date figures upto 31st December, 2020.



f. The Company has assessed the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on its business operations and has considered relevant internal and external information available up to the date of approval of these financial statements. There is no impact on the recoverability and carrying value of property, equipment, inventories, and trade receivables and in relation to the financial statements. The Company will continue to closely monitor any material changes to future economic conditions. As such the company's operations were not at all impacted by the COVID -19 pandemic as its operations are classified as essential I services and there w.s no restriction on movement of employees and operating of our establishments.
