(i) The above results were reviewed by the Audit Gommittee and thereafter approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeing held on 13th February, 2026.The Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed an unmodified audit opinion on these financial results.

(ii) Previous years figures have been regrouped and recast wherever necessary.

(iii) All activities of the Company and its subsidiary are relating to Capital Markets, hence segmental reporting is not applicable.

(iv) Quarterly results are not indicative of full years performance.
